All Guy Butler Ltd transactions are cleared through Pershing Limited. Both Pershing Limited and Guy Butler Limited are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Pershing Limited will assume settlement risk for and on behalf of Guy Butler upon execution of a trade.
